I'm back in Virginia, or Washington DC, whichever you prefer, since the two places are pretty close to each other. I did fly to DC and took a 20 mins ride to McLean, VA. Hotel of the week is Marriot... they have great swimming pool and brand new sauna place. I also love the warm cookies and 15th floor concierge lounge that provides hor'dourves, fruits and some decent desserts. However, this lounge only has open access for all those gold member holders. I'm lucky one of my friend gave me one pass so I can come and go as I pleased. :)
Room-wise, I like the Embassy suites better, just because Embassy's rooms are structured towards apartment-like set, where you have your own kitchen area (incl. microwave, etc), separate bedroom than the living and dining room.. to be short, it's bigger and better.
Before this blog turns to be a hotel review article, i'll end this blog and go back to work !
