24

Have you ever watch the show on Fox titled, '24' ?

It's a typical suspense-action packed series with some twist of drama here and there, but there's one catch... the entire show takes place in a real time mode. That means, all of the episodes in the first season literary took place in a 24 hours-time frame, hence the title of the show. I watched the first season and it amazed me so how many things can happen in 24 hours! A senator was about to be assasinated (twice!), someone got kidnapped - released- kidnapped again - and (ha!) kidnapped again,... i mean, it felt like an entire YEAR has passed when those things happenned.. but surprisingly.. it all took place in a one single day. A woman got into an accident, loss her memory, got it back and almost got murdered by a terrorist in less than 2 hours for crying out loud !

My point being here is, do you ever realize that time is really2 precious ? Of course those stuff above only happen in Hollywood (or do they ?! hmmm.. ), but still... the saying that Time is Money is purely true. For an example, I can use the time typing this blog for calling my mom back home, writting a business plan for a start-up company that sell beauty products from bee hive(just being creative here) or a new programming language better than Java,.... or sleep (which is honestly, something i really, really meant to do at this hour).
It's just a matter of priority. And that's where the problem lies. It's always a hit and miss when we're trying to juggle between what we want to do and what we NEED to do. The key is of course: dicipline. But saying and doing sometime only rhymes in sentences. It takes effort, and wisdom.

The first comes from you - the second one is from God.

And now.. I gotta do what I gotta do... get some sleep ! :)

Love

There are two kinds of love in this world.

One is cute and crazy. It twirls you around like nothing you ever felt. It's passionate, bold and burning. It gives you goosebumps, unpredictable turns, and unpredictable ends. It can be forever, it can be wild, or sweet and tender like a morning dew. The words it speaks will fly you to the clouds. It will make you laugh, it will make you cry, and you will keep expecting for more. It may not be perfect, but at certain moments, it seems flawless. And for once you thought you're fulfilled by it. You will be drunk by it, live for it, and die because of it.
One is ever lasting. It is pure and never changing. It always accept, always forgive and never require anything. It gives and never expects anything in return. It has no excitement ! - so some says. And that is because, it is perfect. It takes forever to build, and one moment to accept. Still, some just didn't see it coming. It is secure, with precise measured ending, in every turn you make. It will turn together with you anyway. It is a love that is too good to be true. But yet it's given for free.

Which cup will you take ?

Me working ?!

That has been something I really really wanted, even years before I graduated.
I joined numerous school clubs and activities to further increase my chance of 'getting-to-know-someone' and I tried extra hard not to end up in a part time job that didn't look good on my resume. I studied hard - well, at least I tried to study hard, to make sure my GPA didn't go below 3.0, and I followed every venue possible just to assure myself that after I graduate from IU, a full time job with a good company is waiting.

After a long list of interviews on my campus with zero job offer, I started to have restless doubt on myself, my major, my school, and eventually.. on my God. You know, ask your fellow mates who are currently searching for jobs and they'll tell you that this kind of feeling is normal.
Well, anyways now as I wake up at 7, have a quick breakfast and take the CTA to stop at work and sit in this office space of mine.. I am amazed. Wow.. I'm finally here!

God is good. He is faithfull to you, even when you're not. And for that, (and my dream job too!) I give Him thanks.
